Purpose

Provides access to the current input buffer.

Syntax

int
FNC_TblOpReadBuf(BYTE **bufptr,
                 int   *length)
BYTE **bufptr
a pointer to the current input buffer.
int *length
a pointer to the length in bytes of the input buffer.

Return Value

An integer that indicates TBLOP_SUCCESS, TBLOP_EOF (no more data), TBLOP_ABORT, or TBLOP_ERROR.

Usage Notes

This function returns a pointer to the current input buffer. It is used for high performance direct buffer read access and requires that the buffer be in a standard row format. The buffer format is IndicData.

Use FNC_TblOpReadBufEx instead of this routine if you need support for handling multiple input streams.
