Request‑message‑release might be used to aid in problem diagnosis.

Refers to the session whose CLIv2 connection number is specified in the QEPCONN field and the request whose CLIv2 request number is specified in the QEPRQST field. Since they do not apply, the QEPTLEN, QEPRQST, and QEPTOKEN fields must contain binary zeroes.

Returns the CLIv2 release identifier and any customization information for the message table that will be used for the request.

Note: The intent of the data is not to deduce CLIv2 functionality, but simply to provide the release information for whatever diagnostic use it may be. The value should not be parsed for any reason since its format is subject to change.
