Check /tmp/dscinstall.log to see if the upgrade reached the DSC repository. You can either reinstall your previous version or try installing the new version again.
- Uninstall both the new and previous versions of the DSC.
- Install either the new or previous version using the configuration information saved before the upgrade was attempted.
