For the BAR data network adapters on both the BAR server and the NewSQL Engine / Teradata Database nodes, configure the MTU size to be 9000. The BAR DSC data network adapter MTU size can be left as the default and does not have to be changed.
Important: All equipment on the same network must support the same frame size. If you increase the MTU size, your switch must be able to pass these larger frames and all end devices need to handle the larger frames.
