For some software downloads from Teradata At Your Service, you might need a Teradata Change Control Number.
- Log on to https://access.teradata.com.
- Under Service Request, click .
- Under Notifications, select who should be notified regarding this change control.
- Select the Site ID to which this change control applies.
- From the Change Control Activity menu, select TAYS--Customer TVME Software Download.
- Under Change Control Synopsis and Change Control Description, enter Customer TVME Software Download.
- Select the date and time planned for the download. If you see a note advising you that you need a minimum of 28 days notice for a change control, ignore it. It does not apply to this instance.
- Ensure that the Name, Email, and Phone fields are correct.
- Click Submit.
- When prompted for confirmation, click OK. Your change control number appears on the listing.
