Potential targets for the Teradata Access Module for OLE DB export operations include flat files, spreadsheets, and databases. The Teradata Access Module for OLE DB uses a Teradata utility to export data from a database, then forwards the data to an OLE DB provider that loads or copies data to the target file or database, as shown in the following figure.
