The output location for row and cogroup functions is determined by the function:
- If the function is vworker specific, the output goes to that vworker.
- If the function is partitioned, the output is partitioned in the same way.
- If the function is replicated, the output is replicated.
If the input is located on the queen:
- If the inputs are row or dimension inputs, the output is replicated to the vworkers.
- If the input is partitioned, the output is also partitioned.
