The Teradata customer portal (https://access.teradata.com) provides access to Teradata products, services, support, and education. In the portal, customers can:
- Request Teradata support for an incident
- Download software releases
- Access educational materials
Customers can use their current Teradata customer portal account for products previously purchased from Teradata, such as on-premises systems; however, they need a new site ID for Teradata Software for Azure support that is associated with their current Teradata customer portal account.
