To create and run queries in Teradata Studio™, you must set the JDBC property TMODE to TERA (by default, it is ANSI).
- Open the Properties dialog for the Database Connection.
- In the left pane, select Teradata JDBC Connection Properties.
- In the right pane, select Add.
- From the Select JDBC Property menu, select TMODE.
- From the Select Property Value menu, select TERA, then select OK.
- In the Properties dialog, select OK.
