Description

-l

Displays or sets the system CPU usage limit. If no additional options are specified, schmon -l displays the current CPU usage limit. System CPU limits are not enforced on PE-only nodes.

limit

The value range is from 1 through 100.

A value of 100 indicates that no limit is to be enforced.
