System Problems detected by Server Management may be viewed and managed in the Server Management Web Client under System Problems.
You can configure Viewpoint to take action on forwarded Server Management alerts, such as alerts related to node failures, issues with Teradata software, and many other alert types.
Action sets configured in the Alert Setup portlet are displayed in the Alert Actions list in the Server Management portlet. When an alert occurs, it can be viewed in the Alert Viewer portlet in Teradata Viewpoint.
