The Teradata customer portal (https://support.teradata.com) provides access to Teradata products, services, support, and education. In the portal, you can do the following:
- Request Teradata support for an incident
- Download software releases
- Access educational materials
You must obtain a new Teradata customer portal account for Vantage on AWS (DIY). You can use your Teradata customer portal account for all Vantage license tiers except Developer.
