Code Sources
There are two sources of codes:
Return codes are generated by the client software. The value that is returned as a return code from a CLI routine is generated by the CLI routine itself or is passed back from some other client-resident module used by the CLI routine. For a full list of CLI error messages and remedies, see the Messages (B035‑1096) manual.
Error codes and failure codes are generated by Teradata Database.
