CLI - Client Interface Changes
To overcome the above limitation, two new parcels 'PclBIGRESP' (flavor 153) and 'PclBIGKEEPRESP' (flavor 154) are defined. The new parcel format used by these two parcels is:

Using above format CLI/Client can communicate to the server response buffer size of 2**32.
