Notes:
If the option is quiesce, transactions that are currently in flight will be allowed to run to completion. No further transactions may be initiated. If the option is force, the entryname will be stopped and disabled upon expiration of a 15 second timer. This should be sufficient time for most in flight transactions to reach a syncpoint. Any transactions in flight when the entry is disabled will abend with an ASP7. There is a risk that transactions may be left in doubt and will need to be resolved via restarting the entryname or via manual in-doubt resolution.
