In addition to returning the number of rows affected when a DELETE, INSERT, or UPDATE statement is submitted, If the consumer submits a SELECT statement to Teradata Database via a call to ICommand::Execute, then OLE DB Provider for Teradata returns the pcRowsAffected parameter containing the number of rows retrieved.
