The strategy defines a prediction target, responses, and the factors that could influence those responses. You can also modify the default thresholds that determine when a machine learning model is built or rebuilt.
- Use the strategy during arbitration to score and sort messages within a message group or area, or at an interaction point.
- View the relative influence of the defined factors on responses for the prediction target.
