Use Vantage CX to train machine learning models to help you find patterns and anticipate outcomes.

  1. Create a machine learning strategy.

    The strategy defines a prediction target, responses, and the factors that could influence those responses. You can also modify the default thresholds that determine when a machine learning model is built or rebuilt.

  2. Use the strategy during arbitration to score and sort messages within a message group or area, or at an interaction point.
  3. View the relative influence of the defined factors on responses for the prediction target.
