Now that you have created a targeted list (segment) of customers who may churn, you can create a workflow to take business actions in order to keep the customers from leaving.

  1. Select "" > Data Preparation > Workflows.
    Be sure to use the same browser tab you used earlier when creating the rules and workflows.
  2. Select Create New.
  3. In the Workflow Properties pane, type the following:
    Workflow name TUTORIAL_PATH_SEGMENT
    Description Bill Dispute -> Review Contract Path
  4. Select Save Workflow.
