If the upgrade fails for DSA components
other than the DSC, the environment may be corrupt.
- Uninstall both the previous and the new version of the component.
- After determining the cause of the failure, do a fresh install of either the new or the previous version using the information you exported before attempting the upgrade (see Backing Up the DSC Repository and Configuration When Upgrading).
