Locating Components Using Component ID or Alias - Server Management

1. Obtain the Component ID, default alias, or user-defined alias from an event, alert, ManagedElement, or another source.
2. Select Tools > Locate Component.
3. Type the component ID, default alias, or user-defined alias.
4. Click Locate. The component is highlighted in the Tree View. If the component is not in the current view, an informational message reports that it was not found. If the component name is invalid, an error message states that the component was not found.
