Use the command to check the status of firmware (for example, out-of-date firmware) and also to flash firmware. Firmware Version Checker provides a list of all firmware, including status of Mismatched (out-of-date) highlighted in yellow, Unknown highlighted in gray, and OK (not highlighted). It also displays corresponding information for firmware that can be flashed through server management.
The Firmware Version Checker feature only reports on versions that can be flashed through server management. You can obtain the firmware version information of chassis flashed with other applications through Asset information.
You can also flash firmware from the SMClient Functions menu.
