Fastload uses a shared log table for all jobs. To prevent issues, Unity creates virtual tables to represent tables loaded with the Fastload utility. For example, with virtual tables if one table is Unrecoverable, that does not prevent other jobs from running or other tables from loading on a subset of Unity managed systems.
Unity names each table <X.Y>~fastlog for every table (<db>.<table>) loaded with the Fastload utility. The virtual table represents the rows in the sysadmin.fastlog, related to the loads of < X.Y >.
A Fastload table can become Unrecoverable if the sysadmin.fastlog does not match on all systems before a load job.
