- Go to https://access.teradata.com.

Click Teradata Studio Express to access the downloads page.
Make sure you download the 16.20.12.00 package.
- Click the link for your operating system.
- Accept the License Agreement by clicking I Agree.
- In the File Download dialog, click Save, navigate to the location where you want to download the file, and click Save again. The zip file downloads to your local file system.
