Information Messages
Some values represent information messages. For instance, if an application program calls DBCHCL for the Fetch function and the response buffer is in the process of being restocked, the program will get a return code indicating that the data is not yet available. The application program merely fetches again either immediately or after calling DBCHWAT, depending on the technique used.
