Applications using Parcel mode (request_mode='B')

In this mode, CLI has no control on the parcels sent from client to server. Parcels are built by the client utility and sent to CLI as request buffer. CLI doesn't parse these parcels. Instead, CLI wraps a LAN message header to the request buffer and sends it to Teradata Database. Hence in buffer mode, it is the responsibility of the client to prepare a "PclResp" or "PclKEEPRESP" parcel and send this along with other parcels.
