DESCRIPTION:
    Generates a new _SQLColumnExpression which removes the duplicate
    rows while processing the function.
    Note:
        This function is supported only in Projection. It is neither
        supported in sorting the records nor supported in filtering
        the records.

RETURNS:
    An object of type _SQLColumnExpression.
