After you receive an email with your Console account credentials, activate your account. Follow the same steps to reset your password.
- Go to the Console at https://console.vantage.teradata.com.
- On the login screen, click Activate account or reset password.
Enter the email address associated with your account and type in the code.
Teradata sends you an email with instructions to reset your password.
Click the link in the email, then enter a new passphrase and password.
Your passphrase is required whenever you reset your password. Your password locks after three failed attempts and expires every 60 days. If your password locks or expires, follow the steps above to reset it.
