If you don't have access to a necessary user role, request it in the Service Portal.
- Log in to the Service Portal at https://support.teradatacloud.com.
- Under Service Requests, select Request Access to Service.
- Select a user.
- From the Available list, select a role and add it to Selected.
- Enter a reason for needing access to the role, then submit the request.
After a Site Access Manager approves the request, you are associated with the new role in the Console.
