Use the Console to view or create incidents and change requests and submit questions (collectively called tickets).

Submit an incident for a problem that is preventing or degrading service, and a change request to request that something be provided or changed. Tickets are evaluated and assigned severity and priority levels which affect how quickly they are addressed.
