Request Checking
When a scheduled request is submitted, the Teradata QS server does the following:
Uses the scheduling information the user provides as the intended start time for the
request.
Because a request may not be run until some time after the requested start time, a
time interval in which the request may be run must also be specified.
Checks for an available execution time frame during the specified time period. If
no execution time frames are available, the request is rejected.
Schedules the first job for the request. Unique IDs are generated for the request
and its first job.
