In Teradata Vantage on AWS (DIY), when the node failure recovery process fails to replace the downed node, the Vantage system continues running on Fallback. Use this procedure to replace the downed node.
  1. Log in to https://support.teradata.com and search for KB0013807.
  2. Follow the instructions in the knowledge article.
