Purpose

Causes TDP to produce a message when a session ends that indicates the elapsed time that the session spent within the application and within the database.

Syntax



Usage Notes

When TDP starts, Session Detail is disabled. The current setting can be displayed using the DISPLAY TDP command.

When Session Detail is enabled and a session ends, the following type of message is produced to indicate the total elapsed time that the session spent within the application and within the database:

TDP0846 SESSION nnnn, JOB jobname: SERVER(time), APPL(time)

Example: ENABLE SESSION DETAIL

ENABLE SESSION DETAIL
