There are many ways to use Teradata software on the Public Cloud, including the following options:
- Self-service: This option lets you select, subscribe to, integrate, and manage your own Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure compute and storage resources in your own Public Cloud account. You can use Teradata software on an hourly pay-as-you-go basis through the AWS or Azure marketplace. Alternatively, you can buy a subscription directly from Teradata and bring that license key to the Public Cloud marketplaces for use.
- As a Service: This option works through Teradata IntelliCloud™. Teradata experts set up, manage, and monitor the software on an AWS or Azure infrastructure so that you can focus on your business.
