The percentage you enter in the Settings view is the capacity that you paid for and is displayed in the Elastic Performance view.

Click
in the portlet frame and select Settings.
- Enter the capacity baseline as specified in your TPERF Capacity on Demand Order Addendum.
- Click OK.
