The Explain tab displays each Explain step of the query and allows you to export the Explain data. To view all steps and phase details, select All from the Show menu or select Summary to view less Explain data.

| Size (Input) | The number of bytes of input data for this stage |
| Rows (Input) | The number of rows input into this stage |
| CPU | The amount of CPU seconds consumed by this stage |
| Blocked | The amount of time that this stage was blocked |
| Memory | The amount of memory being used by this stage |
| Size (Output) | The number of bytes of output data for this stage |
| Rows (Output) | The number of rows output from this stage |
| Source | Application or client utility that executed this query |
| Task Status | Number of tasks for this stage currently queued, running, and finished |
