If there is a logoff or if an in‑doubt session exists, the TDP uses “pseudo‑logoff” processing.
The logoff can be initiated thorough an application request or the abnormal end of a CICS task.
If the session is in‑doubt, the TDP will process the pseudo‑logoff without communication to the Teradata Database (cleanup is suppressed).
When the pseudo‑logoff is completed, the TDP will issue the message TDP0868 and remove the session from the session pool.
This in‑doubt transaction can be terminated using only automatic or manual in‑doubt resolution.
