If user databases contain algorithmic compressed data, you must restore SYSLIB database after restoring DBC database and running the post_dbc_restore script, and before restoring any other user databases. If you created a separate archive containing only SYSLIB database, restore the database from that archive. Otherwise, restore SYSLIB database from the archive containing all user data.
  1. Submit a job with the following ARC command:
    RESTORE DATA TABLES (SYSLIB),
    RELEASE LOCK,
    FILES=ARCHIVE;
