The maximum allowed power consumption of a Managed Server cabinet is 5,700 Watts. To determine the power needed for your particular configuration use the tables below to identify the estimated power for each chassis type in your cabinet build, then add up the total amount.
The actual power consumption levels for a particular configuration may be different depending on many factors such as the hardware configuration of each chassis, the applications running at the time of measurement, and the operating temperature. As a result, Teradata lists only the estimated power consumption level, associated heat dissipation, and cooling requirement information as a reference.
