ARC1233 Cannot use group read lock archives when re-hashing data
Explanation:
A RESTORE/COPY operation has determined that the archive was created with the USE GROUP READ LOCK option AND that the target machine uses a different hashing algorithm than the source machine (e.g. International Hash versus Old Hashing algorithm). Since permanent journal archives cannot be restored when re-hashing is required and group read lock dumps will require a permanent journal restore and roll to insure data integrity, the utility does not allow these types of archives to be restored.

This is a FATAL error.
Remedy:
This archive can only be restored to a DBS with the same hashing algorithm. If you still have access to the original system, you need to re-run the archive operation with the USE READ LOCK option.
