ARC1241 Cross-language region copy/restore may cause incorrect interpretation of data.

Explanation:

No data rows were restored/copied. Only the dictionary definition and the table header row were restored/copied. Table was intentionally left in restore state. Explicit build will clear the table in restore flag and table can be accessed as empty table. However, this warning normally indicates that table level restore/copy of the table must be run in order to complete the partial restore of the database. This warning is normally displayed for the tables excluded by user in EXCLUDE TABLES list when archiving.
