Explanation:
Premature termination of Restore processing because tried to perform a Cluster Restore with an ARCHIVE file which was not created from a Cluster Archive operation. The utility does not attempt to restore in this case because it would have to sift through all of the data deciding which blocks belonged to the indicated clusters.

Only use Cluster Archives when performing cluster restores.
