Explanation:
Adding or dropping AMPs from a DBS is called reconfiguration. The Archive and Recovery software detected a reconfiguration change during either a host or DBS restart. The utility will attempt HALT/PAUSE processing if applicable or will try to start the operation over again.

This is a rather sticky scenario. It would be best to avoid ever getting into this situation by not trying to restart the utility after a reconfiguration. Just start the operation fresh with the new system.
