Showing or Hiding Toolbar Screen Tips
ScreenTips are brief descriptions that display when you pass the mouse pointer over a toolbar button.
1 From the Tools menu, click Customize.
2 Select the Options tab.
3 Select or clear the Show ScreenTips on Toolbars check box
