Assigning or Changing a Keyboard Shortcut
You can assign or change keyboard shortcuts for a command.
1 Select Tools > Customize.
The Customize dialog box appears.
2 Click Keyboard.
The Customize Keyboard dialog box appears.
3 Select a category in the Categories list.
4 Select a command in the Commands list.
5 Select a shortcut in the Specify a Shortcut menu.
6 Click Assign.
To remove a previously assigned shortcut, click Remove.
7 Click Close.
