Using COBOL Structures as Output Host Variables

Using COBOL host structures to receive data from the Teradata Database is useful when retrieving many columns.

A host structure is valid to receive data only if all fields of that structure are defined to PP2. This does not preclude the use of individual fields of a structure, as long as the fields follow proper PP2 definition rules.
