Upgrading PP2 and CLIv2

When upgrading to a newer version of the Teradata Database, install the latest versions of PP2 and CLIv2.
If changes to the source code have not been made in the existing application programs, execute the programs using the latest versions of PP2 and CLIv2. It is not necessary to precompile, compile, and link the existing applications again. If changes to the source code have been made in the existing application programs, run the PP2 precompiler, compile, then link the applications.
