Request-token is maintained for each request and is returned by DBCHWAT when a pending request has completed its transfer.

At the discretion of the application programmer, Request-token may be used in whatever way is useful.

Request-token is primarily used by applications running concurrent requests or sessions, most often to index into or point to some application-maintained request context so that an actual Output-CLIv2-request-number and Input-CLIv2-connection-number can be retrieved for later calls to fetch, rewind, abort, or end a request.
