The Relaxed-call-args might be used to simplify construction of SQL CALL statements.

Refers to the database associated with the TDP whose TDP identifier is addressed by the QEPTIDP field and has length specified by the QEPTLEN field. Since they do not apply, the QEPRQST and QEPTOKEN fields must contain binary zeroes.

Returns whether CALL OUT-type argument requirements are relaxed by allowing such names on the CALL statement to differ from those on the PROCEDURE statement, to be specified as host variables (':name'), or to be specified as placeholders ('?'). These host variable names need not be defined in the USING clause.

This item is also included in the Aggregate-support-list query item.
