The following files are required to install R on the cluster:
Users may install additional R packages from either Teradata or other sources. - ISO image files corresponding to the operating system on the cluster.
- R-specific RPM packages containing open-source R and other required software.
- Teradata provides a bundle of the most frequently used R packages and their dependencies at Instructions for installing this bundle are provided in Installing the Bundle of Commonly Used R Packages.
- To install additional R packages from other sources, follow instructions in Installing Additional Packages on the Cluster.
