- Connect to the Teradata Developer Exchange website at https://downloads.teradata.com/download/aster.

Click on the AsterR link next to the Aster Analytics Software link.
Contact a Teradata account manager if the link is not working on this web site.
- Click on the package name for the operating system running on the client.
- Log in to Teradata Developer Exchange, if prompted.
- Accept the End User License Agreement.
- Download the package, and copy it to the client computer.
